About This Role:
LGCY Power will rely on the experience of the Operations Manager to assist in developing a culture of safety, responsibility, appreciation, and quality service in our pursuit of setting the industry standard for solar installation. A successful Operations Manager will act as a business professional who ensures everything runs smoothly from one day to another while maximizing processes and procedures and works to meet customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness. The operations manager will oversee operational activities at every level and strategize process improvements to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with install partners to ensure each job meets LGCY standards in a timely manner
- Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner by creating a high-quality experience through all interactions
- Promote a culture of safety through continued training and conducting safety and efficiency check-ins with all safety-sensitive employees
- Conduct on-site and off-site quality assurance review
- Reviewing install partner’s day-to-day operations for project acceptance, installation, inspection, and homeowner satisfaction
- Train install partners on accurately uploading pictures and customer profiles into LGCY databases
- Review plan sets and address any discrepancies
- Act as main point of contact for all field related issues and resolution
- Reviews upcoming schedule and accurately plans for upcoming material needs in advance
- Create a positive customer experience by managing and addressing any in-field customer facing issues
- Effectively communicate job and employee needs with leadership
- Ensures all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improves operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Helps the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulates strategic and operational objectives
- Assists with recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Actively examines ways to increase quality of customer service
- All other duties as assigned by the operations management team
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 4 + years of prior solar/roofing/electrical experience
- 3+ years of leadership and management experience is required
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record according to company policy
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to interpret plan sets
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Certifications:

- NABCEP PV Pro
- National Electric Code knowledge

In the Service Tech role at LGCY Power, you will be ensuring our residential solar systems are installed in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Work alone or as part of a team installing servicing residential roof mounted solar systems
- Represent LGCY Power in a professional and respectful manner
- Moderate system electrical troubleshooting
- Repair systems due to damage by weather or manufacturer’s defects
- Meet with local building inspectors and obtain passed inspection results
- Inspect onsite issues as requested
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
- Learn AHJ/Utility/NEC requirements and guidelines
- Assist in or complete electrical wiring pertaining to the solar installation
- Assist with MPUs and battery installations
- Acquire the skills and knowledge to move into future leadership roles
- Adhere to all OSHA and/or LGCY safety procedures
- Clean and prepare vans at the end of each day
- Be a part of providing a safe, positive, and efficient work environment
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have stucco, drywall, and wood siding experience

Responsibilities:
